Spotlight Initiative's January-June 2022 Vanuatu Country Programme Highlights

Spotlight Initiative continued to support work on essential services and standard operating procedures (SOPs), including for the Clinical Management of Rape, Sexual and Gender-Based Violence, and Gender-Based Violence in Emergencies, roll-out of Family Life Education for in and out-of-school programmes, masters’ trainings, also supporting the advocacy and GBV prevention work of local grassroots organizations.

Spotlight delivered five trainings to over 70 civil society organizations to enhance communications on GBV and

strengthen CSOs voices and awareness-raising efforts. The programme continued to work across sectors and stakeholders, to leverage complementary mandates, and technical contributions for effective, comprehensive, and coherent support to EVAWG in the country.
